As your new (and inexperienced) Webmaster, I am trying to clean-up this site. We had a tremendous amount of SPAM posted by illicit users. Larry informed me that recently he has had to spend a great deal of time doing the same thing, therefore, I am proposing the following:

All NEW users of this site must apply for privledges to post/comment. All "real" users will then l be approved but spammers should be caught and denied access.

If you have any comments/disagreements, please let me know ASAP on this site or my personal email. Based on your feedback, I will make the administrative changes this week.

Please note, if we get the new website as proposed at the last HOG meeting, issues such as these should be permanently resolved.
